2026 High Performance March Break Training Camp: U12 to U15

This is a small-scale training camp designed for athletes looking to prepare for their upcoming competitive season with some advanced technical training along with speed, strength and conditioning work.

This will not be a normal “camp” as some young athletes are used to. Instead, it includes one 2-hour extended training session per day throughout the week in order to put the extra work in over the holiday to prepare for the upcoming season.

Our aim is to make this experience a ‘pre-season camp’ of sorts, where athletes come into Xtra Time’s Waterloo Training Studio for 2 hours a day over March Break for high-intensity training. Here are the details:

Who: Ages U12 to U15 Highly Committed to their Development

What: A Week of High Intensity Training Sessions with Your Age Group

When: Monday to Friday of March 16 to 20, 2026

  • 9:30am to 11:30am - U12 Co-ed (will be split in groups)

  • 12:00pm to 2:00pm - U13 Co-ed (will be split in groups)

  • 2:30pm to 4:30pm - U14 and U15 Co-ed (will be split in groups)

Location: Xtra Time Training Studio in Waterloo - 564 Weber St. North, Unit 11

Cost: $279 per Athlete (tax included)

Additional Details and What’s Included:

  • Maximum 8 players per session time slot, further split into smaller groups of 4 during training

  • Led by highly experienced individual coaches in both Strength and Conditioning and Technical soccer training

  • Each session includes approx. 55 minutes of technical training using Xtra Time’s advanced development technology, and 55 minutes of Speed, Strength and Foundational Athletic training. Each session done in max. group sizes of 4 players.

  • Coaches will be announced closer to the date of the camp.

Once you register we will schedule you into your appropriate time slot based on your age and then you’re all set.
