    Competitive athletes looking to add physical training to their development in order to enhance their performance. For ages 13 and up.

  • WHAT

    High-intensity exercises designed to build the strength and stability required to generate power and speed. All work is done in Xtra Time S.A.S. Room with game-relatable exercises and movement patterns.

  • WHEN

    Training sessions are 55 minutes and currently offered on Saturdays at 11:00am and Tuesdays at 6:00pm. Athletes can book into a single class or subscribe and train once or twice a week.

What’s Included:

  • 55-minute physical training sessions

  • All sessions in our S.A.S. Room at Xtra Time in Waterloo

  • Maximum 4 athletes per session

  • Workouts are designed to teach and improve the fundamentals of good form, build strength and technique, and emphasize speed systems and efficiency of movements. Everything is built to support the performance of competitive soccer players.

Pricing - Two Options:

  1. Pay-per-Session Drop-In: $35/session (+ HST)

  2. Purchase a Package of 8 Sessions: $240 (+ HST)

    • Click ‘Buy Package’ below, purchase your 8 pack of session, then you receive an email with a link to schedule your sessions. Session packs are good for one calendar year from the date of purchase.
