Soccer Specific Physical Training Sessions Focused on Mobility, Strength, and Speed to Compliment On-field Performance

Our Speed and Strength program is currently paused as athletes are in their competitive season and need to be mindful of busy schedules and physical load.

Check back in with us in the Fall of 2025 for a relaunch of this program.

Building Strong, Resilient Athletes

  • WHO

    Competitive athletes looking to add physical training to their development in order to enhance their performance. For ages 13 and up.

  • WHAT

    High-intensity exercises designed to build the strength and stability required to generate power and speed. All work is done in Xtra Time S.A.S. Room with game-relatable exercises and movement patterns.

  • WHEN

    Training sessions are 55 minutes and currently offered on Saturdays at 11:00am and Tuesdays at 6:00pm. Athletes can book into a single class or subscribe and train once or twice a week.
